This service allows applying to register a mortgaged property in order to pay the payments due in favor of the bank, in order to ensure the reservation (booking) of rights between the parties, provided that the sale procedure to be completed after submitting a mortgage release letter from the bank.

Required Documents :
- Title Deed


- NOC (if required )


- MOU or Contract (if applicable)


- Liability Letter addressed to Dubai Land Department 


- Buyer & Seller Passport and Emirates ID / Passport and Entry Stamp if non-resident)


- Buyer & Seller ( Phone Numbers & Emails )


- Seller, DLD 4%, and Bank Manager Cheques 

(All three manager cheques are REQUIRED for blocking)


- POA (Power of Attorney) - All Pages, Including the Sticker (if applicable)


- POA Passport and Emirates ID (if applicable)


- POA Phone Numbers and Emails (if applicable)

- 4% (must be in Manager Cheques) + Title Deed Fee


- If apartment ( 580)


- If it’s land or Villa (430)


Trustee Fees :


- 4200 (if sale price more than 500k)


- 2100 (if sale price less than 500k)
