Description

This service allows customers to apply to register granted property (Full/Partial) of all kinds (request for grant registration/usufruct grant/initial grant sale (statement of testimony)) by assigning a property to an individual or a group of individuals (first-degree relatives “mother, father, spouse, or children”) or companies, given that the property must not be restricted or granted.

Required Documents

Individuals:

1- Electronic Appraisal Certificate (Real Estate Valuation Certificate)

2- Electronic No Objection Certificate (eNOC) from the developer in the freehold areas (through Dubai Rest Application)

Proof of relationship:

3- Marriage Contract (Translated into Arabic and attested by the UAE embassy in the relevant country and by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the UAE)

4- Certificates of Birth of children (Translated into Arabic and attested by the UAE embassy in the relevant country and by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the UAE)

5- Emirates ID Card (For identification only, no photo is taken) or valid passport for non-residents

For UAE Nationals

a declaration of grant from Dubai Courts for citizens is only required if the request is for one of one of the children or one of the wives and no one else, and the donor had only one property.

Companies

If the company is not previously registered, it must be registered by applying for the registration of a company
