Grant/Gifting Registration

This service allows customers to apply to register granted property (full/partial) of all kinds (request for grant registration/usufruct grant/initial grant sale (statement of testimony)) by assigning a property to an individual or a group of individuals (first-degree relatives “mother, father, spouse, or children”) or companies, given that the property must not be restricted or granted.

Required Documents :

- Title Deed or Oqood or Pre-Title Deed


- NOC ( if required ) always required for Off Plan Properties


- Both Passport Emirates ID / Passport and Entry Stamp if not a resident) for both parties


- Contact Details (Phone Numbers & Emails)


- Power of Attorney - All Pages, Including the Sticker ( if applicable )- POA Passport and Emirates ID ( if applicable)- POA Phone Numbers and Emails ( if applicable )


- Birth Certificate or Marriage Certificate (Attested by UAE embassy in the country it was issued from and by UAE MOFA) + (Legal Translation to Arabic)


Note : If gifting Shareholder to Company or Company to Shareholder Company registration will be required if the company is not registered 


Gifting is Only Applicable to:

1. Parents

2. Children

3. Spouse

4. Company to Shareholder or Shareholder to Company


Note: if the property is Villa , Land, or any property still under payment plan ( Off-Plan ) need to apply Valuation Certificate.


If ready property apartment (no need to apply Valuation Certificate )

Fees :


DLD Fees:

(by Card and Manager Cheque only)


For above 1,600,000 we do the calculation

 0.125% + 560


- If the valuation is below 1,600,000 there is minimum DLD fees 

2,000 + 560 = 2560 Dirhams


Trustee fees: 

(by Card, Cash and Manager Cheque)


Ready Property :

Above 2,000,000 : 4,200 Dirhams

Below 2,000,000 :  2,100 Dirhams


Off Plan Property :

Above 2,000,000 : 5,250 Dirhams

Below 2,000,000 : 3,675 Dirhams
